Kaliningrad Oil Hydration and Lecithin Production Facility
Lecithin production facility is equipped with the most productive in Russia modern line of vegetable oils hydration and drying of hydration sediment. Technological process of hydration and drying is completely automated and is run as a continuous cycle producing 2,700 tons of high quality lecithin per year.
Dry lecithin is packed in different kinds of packaging (barrels or IBC-containers) ranging from 200 to 1000 kg.
