Kaliningrad Crushing Plant-3
The project anticipates the construction of the third crushing plant in the Kaliningrad cluster. The facility (oil-extraction plant) will be located adjacent to the site of the existing Sodrugestvo terminal complex, along the Kaliningrad sea channel.
Sodrugestvo will build an oil-extraction plant with a processing capacity of 5,000 tons per day and 150,000 tons of simultaneous storage, an oil tank facility with a capacity of 40,000 tons of simultaneous storage, an independent railroad infrastructure to service the plant and grain elevators.
