Soybean Protein Concentrate
The soybean protein concentrate is the purified protein product with 60-62% of crude protein. It is prepared of the defatted soybean meal separated from the soluble sugars in the alcohol extraction process. At that, the basic protein fractions are presented in the easily available form.
The soybean protein concentrate is used successfully in the animal nutrition as the high-quality protein source being the alternative to the milk substitute and fish meal. The main advantages of soybean protein concentrate as the ingredient of the commercial mixed feed for animals and poultry are the high digestibility of protein, beneficial amino acid profile, low level of anti-nutritional factors and long shelf life.
