Ever since the Company was established, it has operated as a well-oiled machine devoid of any red tape. We use every opportunity to improve the quality of our work, secure the highest possible level of control over production, and create an effective working atmosphere within the Company.

Stéphane Frappat, CEO and Member of the Board.
Stéphane (b.1967), a French national, has worked in Russia since 1990, when he set up an office for Avomark, a French consulting company. Although trained as a civil servant at Science-Po in Bordeaux (88), Stephane has spent most of his carreer in the corporate sector as CFO for Burlington Holdings (a leading real-estate service provider in Moscow), General Director of Aventis Animal Nutrition for the CIS, and eventually founder and managing partner of Camden Partners, a corporate financial consultancy. Stéphane also held various positions in the Rhone-Poulenc and Aventis French offices,as well as the position of COO of Sodrugestvo in 2001-2002, and later served as Board member of the Company. He speaks fluent French, English and Russian.
Dmitriy Titov, Director of Production Department
D.A. Titov graduated in 1984 from faculty Industrial Civil Construction of Polytechnic institute honored with Belorussian order of Labor Red Flag and began his working activities as a production supervisor in construction administration of Minsk production association of industrial house-building.
From 1985 to 1987 served in USSR military services in the capacity of the captain of engineering and bridge-building company of group of Soviet forces in Germany. Having finished the service he continued working as an engineer in Association of science, design and technology “Belstroynauka” of BSSR State construction.
From 1990 to 1992 studied in USSR State construction interdepartamental target-oriented graduate school of CSRI (Central Scientific-Research Institute) of economics and construction governance of USSR AS (Academy of Science).
From 1992 started working in agro-industrial complex and later on in “Sodrugestvo” Group. From September 2005 was in charge of construction of industrial-terminal complex of deep processing of soy beans and rapeseeds in Svetliy city of Kaliningrad region which was set in operation in 2007 and in November 2008 the second line of production was launched.
Sergey Churkin, CFO.
Sergey (b. 1968), a Russian National has over 12 years of financial management, and business development experience gained with multinational industrial groups. Graduating with honours from St. Petersburg State University he later earned a MS degree in Corporate Finance from Institut Des Sciences Politiques de Paris. Starting with Arthur Anderson in St. Petersburg he later joined Lafarge where over 7 years he progressed to the positions of Finance Director of Lafarge Ukraine and subsequently Director of Strategy and Development of Lafarge Gypsum USA, based in Washington DC. Taking up the position of Finance Director of Pechiney Worldwide Trade, Moscow Sergey restructured financial services of this regional office. Before joining Sodrugestvo Sergey served in senior financial roles in Oil & Gas sector in Russia. He speaks fluent Russian, English, and French.
Denis Afanasov, Legal and Administrative Director.
Denis(b. 1980 in Moscow),a Russian national, graduated with honors from the law faculty (major in corporate law) of the Lomonosov University in 2002. He also graduated with honors from the faculty of international affairs (major in international law) of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2004. Prior to joining Sodrugestvo, Denis was an associate at the law firm Liniya Prava, where his main responsibilities covered due diligence projects, M&A projects, tax law consultations and contract law. Previously, Mr. Afanasov was a legal advisor in Prodo Management and had already worked for Sodrugestvo. Denis speaks fluent Russian, English, as well as some French and German.
Kasper S. Jensen, Purchasing and International Trade Director.
Kasper S. Jensen (b. 1965), a Danish national, served his apprenticeship in the Danish Company ”Memcorn International” , a leading Danish producer and exporter of animal feed concentrates and additives. In 1991 he founded the company “Scanmills A/S”, which within a 10 years period grew into the largest Danish producer of protein concentrates, exporting to various markets throughout the world (mainly the CIS and the Middle East). In a joint venture with Sodrugestvo, he established a protein- and premix-blending facility and a bulk commodity terminal in the commercial sea port of Kaliningrad, which began operations in 2001.
“Scanmills A/S” was acquired by Sodrugestvo in 2004 and Kasper S. Jensen has since then been the Purchasing Director of the Sodrugestvo Group, as well as the General Director of Scanmills.
Kasper speaks fluent Danish and English.
Sergey P. Sokolovsky, Sales and Marketing Director.
Sergey Sokolovsky (b. 1963) began his professional career in Military Forces and had served for 15 years there. From 1991 to 1999 Mr. Sokolovsky worked in Commercial bank in Minsk, holding the positions of head of non-commercial operations department and the head of corporate services. From 1999 he has been working in Sodrugestvo, where he has been in charge of the poultry division in Russia and Ukraine. From 2006 he was Deputy Managing Director of ZAO “Sodrugestvo-Soya” and has been named Sales & Marketing Director of the Group in September2009. In 1992 he completed business course in economy and in 1994 he graduated from the Minsk University where he majored in sociology.
