With a view of efficiency of production life cycle processes and the organization (structure) activity, enhancement of planning and control of process's effects, the harmonization of production requests with the international standards of series ISO 9000, on the industrial – terminal complex of Joint-Stock Company "Sodrugestvo –Soya" there was developed and implemented a Management Integrated System.
Thus, the plans of "Sodrugestvo" Group management, which includes a complex, to create the largest production in Russian Federation with the most up-to-date equipment which is not in any way inferior to the best world oil-processing manufacturers, now are completely fulfilled. The Experts of the Russian scientific research institute of certification (ÂÍÈÈÑ - RSRIC), the most authoritative organization, have confirmed that the Integrated Management System at "Sodrugestvo– Soy" CJSC meets all requirements of International and Russian standards ISO and has proved it by issuing a certificate Reg. ¹ ÐÎÑÑ RU.ÈÌ00. È0008.
The integrated management system in "Sodrugestvo –Soy" CJSC includes:
- quality management system complying with the requirements of GOST Ð ISO 9001-2008;
- labor protection and operational safety management system, complying with the requirements of the international standard OHSAS 18001:2007;
- ecological management system complying with the requirements of GOST Ð ISO 14001-2007
Emphasizing primary importance of the quality and safety of products "Sodrugestvo" Group management has also passed the decision of developing and implementing food production safety management system. This decision has also been effected; at "Sodrugestvo-Soy" CJSC starting from 2007 there has been operating a food production safety management system complying with the requirements of GOST Ð ISO 22000-2007 (certificate # HASSP RU.001.Ï.Ä1549.0104).
Therefore "Sodrugestvo" Group has confirmed its status of socially responsible organization implementing on their plants high standards in the sphere of quality, products safety, labor protection, industrial safety, operational health and environmental protection. In the best of RSRIC’s knowledge "Sodrugestvo-Soy" CJSC is the first plant processing agricultural products in Russian Federation which has developed, implemented and certified integrated management system complying with the requirements of international standards ISO.
