Kaliningrad Crushing Plant -1
The Crushing Plant-1 is a cutting-edge innovative production facility with fully automated production cycle.Modern equipment and processes allow to make products of requisite quality, which comply with the stringent requirements of the Russian and international standards.
The plant is equipped with a separate production line to make food-grade oilseed white flake with the capacity of up to 200 metric tons of finished products per day. The technical process used in the food line helps to not only preserve the natural properties and solubility of the soy protein, but also, if need be, adjust the protein solubility depending on its further use.
The Crushing Plant-1 has two soybean processing lines:
- A line to produce toasted soy meal with the capacity of 1,500 metric tons/day;
- A line to produce food-grade packaged white flake with the capacity of 300 metric tons/day.
The Crushing Plant-1 makes the following amounts of finished products, metric tons/day:
- Toasted soy meal - 1,100
- Food-grade packaged white flake - 200
- Degummed or refined deodorized soy oil - 360
- Granulated soy flakes - 80
