White Flakes & Flour Filling Production Facility
The white flakes and flour milling production facility is based on modern high-tech equipment with fully automated production processes.The facility processes 300 metric tons of soy beans/day with the total output reaching 66,000 metric tons/year.
The white flakes production uses non-GM soybeans
The facility is comprised of the following units:
1. Preliminary cleaning, drying, and tempering unit, including:
- Buffer silo with the capacity of 900 metric tons, which is used for receiving soybeans from the elevator silos and transferring for further processing.
- Drying unit is used for preliminary soybean cleaning from gross and metal impurities and drying to the requisite humidity level of 10-10.5%
- Tempering unit is used for re-distribution of humidity across the entire batch of soybeans in order to secure better removal of bran during the subsequent processing phases.
3. The extraction shop is equipped with a separate production line for manufacturing food-grade white flake with the capacity of up to 200 metric tons/day. The technological process helps to preserve the bulk of natural properties and solubility of soy protein, and if need be, to control the protein solubility depending on its further use.
4. The white flake processing shop, which is comprised of the following:
- Intake bin for temporary white flake storage.
- Grinding unit, which includes rollers for grinding the white flake, a sieving and aspiration system.
- Packaging unit, which includes an automated line for packaging products in 20-50 kg bags and palletizing finished bags, as well as a line for packaging products in 500-1,000 kg big bags;
