Railway Complex
- Railroad siding facilities from Shipovka Station of the Kaliningrad Railway to the Complex are 6,020 meters long.
- There are three dead-end tracks and two receiving-and-departure tracks at the Shipovka Station with the useful length from 950 meters to 1,100 meters.
- Eleven inner tracks with the total length of 7,200 meters.
- Eight dead-end tracks of the transfer park with the total length of 5,600 meters.
The dead-end and inner tracks are outfitted with two electronic track scales with the capacity of up to 100 metric tons.
For transportation of all types of cargo they use in-house (leased) oil tanks, grain hoppers and covered railroad cars, which are serviced by 2 own TEM 18 locomotives.
For loading/unloading of the railroad cars, they use four areas of simultaneous loading and two unloading areas:
- 1 handling facility for vegetable oil for simultaneous filling of 7 cars and simultaneous discharge of 2 cars with the loading/unloading capacity of at least 2,000 metric tons/day
- 2 auger loaders for soy meal for simultaneous feeding to 20 cars and with the loading capacity of at least 6,000 metric tons/day
- 2 elevated approaches for covered cars for simultaneous loading up to 5 cars with the loading capacity of at least 2,000 metric tons/day
- 1 area for unloading bulk grain cargoes with the unloading capacity of at least 2,500 metric tons/day
The locomotive maintenance station provides maintenance at the TO2, TO3, and TP1 levels.
